SWELITE™ C pea fibre is the perfect easy-to-use functional solutions to get a tasty and stable product thanks to its high-water holding capacity (WHC), its water and fat binding capacity, and its improvement on texture and mouthfeel. It is a real advantage during the process and storage thanks to its density, so it is easy to mix and store, release low dust. With thicker grain size and no off-note, SWELITE™ C is positioned in restructured products, or containing larger components. It can be used in food applications like:
