ANIMAL NUTRITION
Sugar beet pulp
Highly digestible fibre source for animal nutrition
Sugar beet pulp is a plant-based co-product obtained after the extraction of sugar from sugar beet. Naturally rich in digestible fibres, particularly pectin, it provides a valuable source of fibre and energy for animal nutrition. After sugar extraction, the remaining pulp is pressed and dried before being processed into pellets and ground for incorporation into animal feed.
Nutritional & functional benefits
Digestible fibre source
Rich in digestible and fermentable fibres, particularly pectin, Sugar Beet Pulp provides a valuable fibrous component in animal diets.
Digestive support
Its fibre profile supports regular intestinal transit and contributes to digestive health and a balanced gut microbiota.
Energy & palatability
Its fermentable fibres provide gradual energy release, while its good palatability contributes to ration intake.
