  In December 2011, a new labelling regulation for foodstuffs (regulation 1169/2011 FIC) came into force. This regulation includes adaptations regarding ingredient and nutrition labelling.

  Farmers started harvest of chicory roots in September, and Cosucra is working at full capacity to transform the crops into its different Fibruline® / Fibrulose® products – in liquid and powder form. Thanks to the favourable wheater conditions, the chicory roots are of high quality this year and the inulin will be of an excellent nature.
